The Villa Capri was an Italian restaurants in Los Angeles that Dean used to spend time at. He was even planning on opening a restaurant himself with the owner. He went to the Villa Capri the night before he died and this song comes right at the end of the show as he tries to persuade the other members of the cast to go to the race meeting in Salinas with him the next day.
