Robert Campbell [tradjo] has written the music/songs for more than 12 London stage plays and musicals including The Children's Crusade and By Common Consent for the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain, and Edward Bond's Stone at the Institute of Contemporary Art. He has worked in radio and television, and has recorded a solo album for DECCA Records. He has also worked on joint recording projects in the U.K. and Spain. He wrote the songs for Dean, a musical biography of James Dean that ran in London's West End and in Japan, where The Takarazuka Review produced the musical over several seasons. He has recently written songs for a play on the life of Picasso and lyrics for a musical about the Spanish poet, Lorca. He currently lives and works in Barcelona, Spain.
